Japanese Buddhist meditation candle, Literally "In the shape of an anchor"

Ikarikei are Japanese Buddhist meditation candles of slender base diameter and flaring increasingly towards the top in a cone shape, as opposed to "bokei," which maintain an even diameter the length of the candle.

Note: "Ikarikei" relates to the craft, Warosoku, Japanese Buddhist Meditation Candles.
