English Definition: Japanese Buddhist meditation candle, Literally, "in the shape of a pole" Bokei are Japanese Buddhist meditation candles of even diameter from top to bottom, as opposed to "ikarikei," which flare increasingly towards the top in a cone shape. Note: "Bokei" relates to the craft, Warosoku, Japanese Buddhist Meditation Candles.
